Complete User Flow Guide

Part 1: The Kitchen Dashboard (Tenant Frontend)

This is the web-based command center where kitchen owners and their staff manage the business, track orders, and configure their digital storefront.

1. Tenant Login Screen

UI Elements: Username/Email field, Password field, Secure Login button.

Textual Details: A dedicated, secure portal for restaurant staff. Each tenant has their own isolated login space ensuring data privacy and security.

Script: "Welcome to your digital command center. Secure, fast, and built exclusively for your kitchen, the SMHJ's Global Vision Business Hub puts you in total control from the moment you log in."

2. The Executive Dashboard (Overview)

UI Elements & Card Details:

  • Today's Orders: Total count of incoming orders for the current day.
  • Total Revenue: Accumulated financial performance in PKR for the selected timeframe.
  • Active Menu Items: How many distinct dishes are currently available and sellable by the AI.
  • Kitchen Throughput: Real-time metric calculating how many orders the kitchen is processing per hour.

Textual Details: The heartbeat of the business. It provides an immediate snapshot of daily performance, financial growth, and operational throughput, broken down into easy-to-read metric cards.

Script: "Never lose sight of your business. Your dashboard provides a real-time pulse on today's revenue, active orders, and kitchen throughput—all broken down into crystal clear metrics at a single glance."

3. Live Order Kanban Board (Stages)

UI Elements: Drag-and-drop order cards, color-coded status indicators, order details (items, customer name, price).

Textual Details: A highly visual, real-time order management system. As soon as a customer places an order on WhatsApp, a card instantly appears here. Staff can drag the card across stages to update the customer automatically.

Script: "Chaos in the kitchen is a thing of the past. Watch orders flow seamlessly from 'Placed' to 'Delivered' on our live Kanban board. When you move a card, your customer gets notified instantly."

4. Smart Menu & Inventory Management

UI Elements: Add/Edit Item modal, Base Price inputs, Active/Inactive toggles.

Detailed Fields:

  • Daily Order Limit (Capacity): Restaurants can set exact daily limits for specific dishes (e.g., only 20 servings of special Biryani). Once the limit is hit, the AI automatically stops selling the item for the rest of the day.
  • Live Stock Toggles: A simple switch to instantly mark an item as "Out of Stock" if ingredients run out unexpectedly.

Textual Details: The place to curate the restaurant's offerings. Kitchens have granular control over inventory, ensuring they never take an order they cannot fulfill.

Script: "Take control of your menu in real-time. Only have 20 servings of today's special? Set a Daily Order Limit, and our AI will automatically stop selling it once it's gone. Never over-promise again."

5. Delivery Area Specification (Settings)

Detailed Fields:

  • Serviceable Areas: Kitchens can define specific neighborhoods, zones, or radius limits where they can physically deliver.
  • Area Aliases: Owners can add alternate names for neighborhoods so the AI understands localized addresses.

Textual Details: This configuration ensures that customers are strictly vetted based on their delivery location. The AI cross-references the customer's provided address with this list before allowing an order to proceed.

Script: "Only deliver where it makes sense for you. Define your exact delivery zones in the dashboard, and our AI will intelligently filter out orders from outside your service area, saving your riders time and gas."

6. Media Gallery

Textual Details: A centralized hub for the restaurant's visual assets. These images are what the AI will eventually share with customers to drive appetite and sales.

7. Staff & Executive Management

UI Elements: Add Staff button, Role dropdown (Manager, Chef, Delivery), Active status toggle.

Textual Details: Simple role-based access control. Owners can invite staff and restrict them to specific views (e.g., chefs only see the Kanban board).

Script: "Teamwork made easy. Onboard your staff in seconds, assign roles, and keep your kitchen running like a well-oiled machine."

Part 2: The Customer Experience (WhatsApp AI Backend)

This is the frictionless, conversational ordering flow powered by SimSim, the platform's intelligent AI orchestrator. No apps to download, just natural conversation.

1. The Warm Welcome (Onboarding)

Textual Details: The AI detects a new user and initiates a polite, personalized onboarding sequence to capture their name before diving into the menu.

2. Smart Menu Discovery & Deals

UI Elements: WhatsApp interactive buttons (if applicable) or beautifully formatted text lists.

Textual Details: Customers don't have to scroll through PDFs. They can ask for exactly what they want. The AI instantly filters the database and presents relevant items, complete with updated PKR pricing.

Script: "No more clunky PDF menus. Customers simply type what they're craving, and our AI instantly curates the perfect options, complete with mouth-watering descriptions and live prices."

3. The Conversational Ordering Flow (Stock & Area Aware)

UI Elements: Natural language text exchange.

Textual Details: The AI understands context and seamlessly checks the backend limits. If a customer orders an item that has hit its Daily Capacity Limit, the AI apologizes and recommends a similar alternative.

Script: "Ordering is as easy as texting a friend. The AI understands complex requests, validates stock in real-time, and if something is sold out, it instantly pivots to recommend your next best-selling dish."

4. Checkout & Address Validation

Textual Details: The AI summarizes the order clearly to prevent mistakes, then securely captures the customer's delivery details. It automatically checks the address against the Tenant Area Specifications to ensure the restaurant can fulfill the delivery.

Script: "Frictionless, secure checkout. The AI summarizes the cart, calculates the exact total, and validates the delivery address against your approved zones in milliseconds—all without making the customer leave the chat."

5. Order Confirmation & Real-Time Tracking

UI Elements: WhatsApp receipt format, automated status updates.

Textual Details: Meaningless technical order IDs are hidden. The customer gets a clean, date-stamped confirmation. As the kitchen moves the card on the web Kanban board, the AI automatically texts the customer with updates.

6. The "Repeat Order" Magic (Retention)
